 # Privacy Policy — RedFleet Studio

RedFleet Studio is a photo and video editor. This policy explains what information the app handles

and why. In short: your photos and videos stay on your phone. The only data that leaves your device

is what Google's advertising SDK needs to show ads.

## 1. Your photos and videos

- Photos and videos you open are read from your device only when you pick them in the Android photo

  picker, and are edited **entirely on your device**.

- They are **never uploaded**, sent to us, or shared with anyone.

- Background changes, the person cut-out, face retouching and the photo assistant all run on your

  phone. The assistant understands your typed request with built-in rules; the text you type is

  not sent anywhere.

- Edited copies are saved only where you ask (your device's Pictures and Movies folders). Your

  original files are never changed.

## 2. Information we collect

**We do not collect any personal information.** There is no account, no sign-in, no cloud

storage and no analytics SDK. We have no server that receives your data.

The app keeps some data **locally on your device** to work: your projects and edit history, saved

filters, a record of your exports, and settings (such as default export quality and whether ads

are turned off). This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or

clear its data.

## 3. Advertising

RedFleet Studio is free and shows ads through **Google AdMob** (banner, full-screen, rewarded,

native and app-open ads). To serve and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and

process:

- your device's **advertising ID** and other device identifiers,

- **approximate location** derived from your IP address,

- **app interactions and diagnostics** (for example ad views and clicks, crash logs and

  performance data).

Google uses this information to show ads, measure their performance, and prevent fraud. It is

handled under Google's policies:

**Your choices**

- In the EEA, the UK and other regions where it's required, the app asks for your consent before

  personalized ads are shown (Google's User Messaging Platform). You can change your choice at any

  time in **Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ad privacy choices**.

- You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android

  settings (**Settings ▸ Privacy ▸ Ads** on most devices).

- You can turn all ads off for 24 hours by watching one rewarded video in **Settings ▸ Remove ads**.

  Rewarded videos only ever play when you tap that button.

## 4. Permissions

- **Internet** — used only to load ads. Editing works without a connection.

- **Photos and videos** — the app uses the Android photo picker, so it only sees the items you

  choose. It does not request broad access to your gallery, camera, microphone, contacts or

  location.

## 5. Children's privacy

RedFleet Studio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal

information from children. Ads are requested through Google AdMob under Google's policies.

## 6. Data security and retention

Because we don't collect your data, we don't store or retain it. Data kept on your device stays

under your control and is deleted when you uninstall the app. Information collected by Google's ad

SDK is sent over encrypted connections and retained under Google's policies.

## 7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
